This past Saturday, the 6th Annual Lobster Party at Coyote Sonoma was an unforgettable celebration of good food, great company, and even better memories. Over 150 guests gathered to celebrate the birthday of Ken Wilson, a true icon in the Healdsburg wine world, and to enjoy a feast that only this annual event can deliver. From the first crack of lobster shells to the final dance moves, the evening was an absolute blast.

The evening kicked off with the traditional lobster boil—an iconic part of this celebration. Tables were piled high with succulent lobster, corn on the cob, fresh shrimp, potatoes, and all the classic trimmings, perfectly prepared and served with the laid-back, communal vibe that only a lobster boil can bring. It’s always a treat to enjoy this hearty, flavorful meal surrounded by friends, family, and fellow wine enthusiasts, all while enjoying the incredible hospitality of Coyote Sonoma’s incredible team.

Of course, no Lobster Boil would be complete without a generous pour of exceptional wine, and Wilson Artisan Wineries did not disappoint. Guests sipped on a selection of incredible wines, each one as impressive as the next. Whether you’re a fan of rich reds, crisp whites, or something in between, there was a perfect wine to pair with every bite of lobster. The wine flowed freely, sparking conversation and laughter throughout the evening.

As the night continued, the festivities ramped up with a high-energy dance party led by The HOTS, a band known for their electrifying performances. The dance floor was packed as everyone—from seasoned party-goers to first-timers—let loose to the band’s infectious tunes. The vibrant mix of rock and soul kept the crowd dancing into the late hours, with everyone joining in to celebrate Ken Wilson and the special bond shared among the guests.
